Ikhas Dukenovich-a great kobyzist of the Kazakh people, one of the brightest representatives of Kazakh national String-plucked music. A man who is part of our spiritual history tuned a kobyz tool after Great Cork. This resulted in a clear and clear sound of the kobyz. At the age of 19, Ihas wrote his first composition, calling it “Ilas Cuy”. He managed to convey his noblest thoughts in tones steeped in the voice of a kobyz.
The first kyui ikhylasa are closely related to the musical oral literature of the Kazakh people. They differ from other instrumental works in their tempo and rhythmic structure. At the same time, there is a variety of mental content with thematic scope. Ikhylas performed both epico-heroic compositions and philosophical and lyrical works. His cui “Akku”, “Zhezkik”, “Kambar-Nazim”, “Wolf”, “Kertolgau”, “Eren” and others are known among the population.
In 1990, the name of the famous kobyzist was given to the Museum of Folk Musical Instruments in Moscow. Almaty.
