History of the museum
In 1991 the literary-memorial house-museum of G. Musrepov was opened in the house where the writer lived and worked from 1968 to 1985. The museum presents exhibits that reveal the life path and creativity of the writer. The museum consists of two parts: literary and memorial. In the literary part of the museum there are exhibits about the life and work of the writer. In the mini-cinema of this section the projection screen shows excerpts from the plays and films “Amangeldy”, “Kyz Zhibek”, “Late Love of a Classic” based on plays and scripts by G. Musrepov
