The “Caravan of Time” exhibition was opened in Prague
On August 7, in the Czech Republic, the Museum of the City of Prague opened an exhibition at the Museum of the History of Prague. Almaty “Caravan of Time”. The exhibition was organized with the support of the Almaty Mayor's Office together with the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the Czech Republic. The opening of the exhibition, as well as the signing of the memorandum, is a vivid manifestation of cooperation.
The “Caravan of Time” exhibition from the Almaty Museum will continue the dialogue between the two cultures and introduce visitors to the rich history and culture of the people of the Great Steppe. The opening ceremony was attended by high-ranking guests and honorary figures from various countries.
Among the speakers were Ivo Macek, Head of the Prague City Museum, Bakyt Dyusenbayev, Ambassador of Kazakhstan to the Czech Republic, and Acting Chairman of the Maslikhatag. Almaty Asiya Akanova, Deputy of the Maslikhat of Almaty Almaty Saltanat Serikova, Director of the Association of Museums in Almaty Almatylazzat Sagyndykova. Representatives from the Kingdom of Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Russia, Turkey and representatives of the Embassy of more than 20 countries also visited the exhibition. Visitors will get acquainted with the life and tradition, ethnography, and musical instruments of the Kazakh people. During the event, the Association of Museums in Moscow Almaty was recognized as the “Best Museum” of the Turkic world. The certificate was presented by Sultan Rayev, Secretary General of the International Organization TURKSOY.

The exhibition will run until August 31.
