A set of postcards "Almaty alphabet", made by students, was handed over to the Museum of Almaty

A meeting was held between the head of the Museum of the History of Almaty, K.B. Dzhienaliyeva, and students of the educational program "Tourism" at Turan University, organized at the invitation of Fayzullina Galiya Shauketovna. During the meeting, a unique project was presented, which the students of this university implemented as part of their educational activities.The project was to create a set of postcards called "Almaty Alphabet", which was donated to the museum. This set was developed by students under the guidance of teachers Galiya Shauketovna Fayzullina and D.S. Koichubaeva. It is a creative work aimed at preserving and popularizing the cultural heritage of the city of Almaty. The postcards will become an important tool for the museum's educational activities, such as guided tours, quests, quizzes, as well as for deeper acquaintance with the history and culture of the city.Through the "Almaty Alphabet" it is possible to tell stories related to architecture, nature, culture and prominent personalities of Almaty, which will help to deepen knowledge about the city among local residents and visitors of Almaty. These postcards will be useful in the context of various educational programs aimed at exploring the city.During the meeting, information was also provided on the activities of the Almaty City Museum Association. K.B. Dzhienalieva spoke about the advantages of working in the Association's museums, such as the opportunity for advanced training, business trips abroad, professional growth, creative realization for young professionals, as well as the possibility of purchasing housing under government programs. These aspects are important for attracting young staff and stimulating the development of the museum sector in Almaty.
