Today, on January 12, 111 years have passed since the birth of the great son of the Kazakh people, an outstanding political and statesman, diplomat, three times Hero of Socialist Labor — Dinmukhamed Akhmedovich Kunaev.
As part of the memorable date, the Museum of D. A. Kunaev, as part of the Association of Museums of the Almaty City, together with the International Kunaev Fund, held a solemn ceremony of laying flowers at the monument to D. Kunaev.
The event was attended by associates, followers and relatives of Dinmukhamed Akhmedovich, state and public figures, war and labor veterans, as well as residents of the city.
The image of Dinmukhamed Kunaev, the great son of his people, will forever remain in the memory of everyone.
